WDF is an Autogrill company, the world’s leading provider of food & beverage and retail services for people in transit.
- Delivered the 2006-2009 retail strategy, including a ‘destination-driven’ marketing program recognising the relevance of brand touch-points all along the customer journey, which grew revenue by 7.7% despite customer traffic growth of only +1.4%
- WDF T5 Brand flagship identity delivery in 2008 and successful subsequent retrofit into all WDF terminal stores
- Delivered the experiential and event program design and full TTL marcomms launch campaign for WDF T5, latterly including crisis management
- Rebranding /remarketing of premium stores: World of Whiskies and Cigar House
- Scoped, project managed and delivered the CRM program for World Duty Free (WDF), including segmentation strategy, initiation, and delivery of an eCRM platform
- Liquor range review & remerchandising 42 terminal stores delivering +4% conversion
- Built and relaunched worlddutyfree.com in 2006, with development through to 2009
- Commercial partner opportunity development program adding and additional £14m in contributions p/a from 2006
